Welcome, Marcela Ospina!

It’s always wonderful to round up the year having signed a new client. We’d like to give a big urban espresso welcome to our latest client, Marcela Ospina! Marcela grew up in Colombia, studied anthropology, and now calls Johannesburg her home. As a Business Anthropologist, this places her at the fascinating intersection between anthropology and marketing – between insights and academics. Marcela had no idea that her studies into human behaviour would one day serve her well as a Digital Strategist, understanding a very special kind of Homo Sapien – the consumer. She believes that marketing is the art of behaviour change, and she is particularly interested in the way decision making takes place on subconscious level.
